Answered anyway
It does not sleep and it does not take a day off on Eid or Christmas.
I build a chat assistant that knows your business. It reads your prices, your hours and your policies, and answers the way a good member of your staff would. It only says what you told it.
Pick a business, ask it anything
How much is it. Are you open Sunday. Do you take my insurance. Do you deliver to my city. Most people will not send an email to find out. They close the tab and try the next business on the list.

One script tag before the closing body tag. I paste it in for you if you prefer.
Before it goes on your site it answers ten questions your customers ask, and you see which ones it missed.
Send your website link, get a working assistant to test before it touches your site.
That is what goes wrong with most website chatbots, and it is worse than having none. A bot that invents a price has quoted a customer on your behalf. Here are two answers from the dental demo above, exactly as it gave them.
How much is a cleaning and do you take Aetna?
A standard adult cleaning is $120. Yes, we are in network with Aetna.
Both facts sat on the clinic's fee list and insurance page. It reads them and answers straight.
How much does a root canal cost?
That is not something I have in front of me, but I can have someone follow up with you.
Root canals were never in the clinic's content. Rather than guess a number it offers a call back and takes the name and phone.
Tell it to ignore its instructions or pretend to be something else and it steers back to your business. I test that on every build.
Ask the car wash for a poem and it declines. It will not become a free general chatbot sitting on your domain.
Its whole world is the content you give me. Change a price, send me a line, and it changes everywhere the same day.
Anyone can bolt a chatbot onto a website in an afternoon. These are the parts that decide whether it is worth having six months later.
Ask the clinic demo "are you open right now" on a Saturday evening and it tells you it shut at 1pm, that it opens Monday at 8am, and offers to take your number for a call back. Most bots recite the weekly timetable and let you work it out.
Ask the store demo in Spanish or Urdu and the answer comes back in that language, with the price and the delivery time unchanged. You write your content once.
When the bot has to say "I do not have that", the question is logged. You get a list of what people keep asking that your website does not answer. That list is worth more than the bot.
Different prices, different rules, and three completely different looking sites. Open any of them and the chat bubble is in the bottom right, the same place it will sit on yours.
One location, a published fee list, seven insurance networks, same day emergency slots.
Four sites, four monthly plans, fleet accounts, and a list of vehicles the tunnel cannot take.
Shipping tables for five regions, a returns window, sizing charts, and what cannot ship abroad.
A chat platform hands you a settings page and wishes you luck. I set it up, test it and keep it running, for one flat monthly fee.
| What I build | A chat platform | |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | I do it from your website link | You write and upload everything |
| Before it goes live | Tested on ten customer questions | You find the gaps when customers do |
| Questions it could not answer | Listed for you, with a box to answer them | Buried in chat logs |
| After hours | Says when you open and takes a number | Recites the timetable |
| Their branding | None | "Powered by" on cheap tiers |
| Plan tiers | One plan, no upgrade to unlock features | Capped per tier, then upgrade |
The monthly fee covers the hosting, the AI and your dashboard. Stop paying and I take the assistant off your site, nothing else changes.
Your website, a fee list, a policy page, a PDF, even a WhatsApp voice note. Whatever exists.
Split into topics so it can find the right answer and cannot wander outside it.
A private link. Ask the awkward questions your customers ask, then tell me what to fix.
One line of code, or I add it for you. Colour and name matched to your brand.
No. It runs on Cloudflare's own AI, so there is no separate key to buy and no card to put on file. If you would rather use OpenAI or Gemini because you already pay for them, I can wire that up instead.
No. It is one small file that loads after your page is already on screen, and it is not touched at all until a visitor clicks the bubble. I spent six years on WordPress speed work before this, so it is not something I am casual about.
It can only speak from your website and the notes you give me, and it is told to stop rather than guess. Before it goes live it answers ten questions your customers ask, and you see which ones it missed. If you ever see a bad answer, send it to me and I fix the content behind it.
No. In your dashboard you can change your hours and notes, and answer any question it could not. It uses the new answer straight away. Or send me the change and I update it, usually the same day.
Any platform that lets you add a script tag: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Duda, Webflow, GoHighLevel, or plain HTML. If yours blocks custom code, tell me which one and I will check before you order.
It answers questions and collects the name, phone and email of anyone who wants a call back. If you use Calendly, visitors can pick a time right in the chat. Live order lookups mean connecting to your own system. I can do that, but it is extra work and we should talk about it first.
Your website link. I read your prices, hours and services from it. Anything that is not on the site, send it as a note or a voice note and I will write it up for you to approve.
Yes. Your client never sees my name, there is no "Powered by" badge, and I match the widget to whatever brand you hand me.
It is at the top of this page with three businesses loaded. Ask it something hard. If it holds up, send me your website and I will tell you honestly what it can and cannot do for your business before you spend anything.
